Welcome to TwisterZone. By accessing or using TwisterZone (twisterzone.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. TwisterZone is operated by Social Data Group, LLC.

1. Description of Service

TwisterZone is a weather awareness and situational awareness platform that aggregates data from publicly available third-party services including, but not limited to, the National Weather Service (NWS), NOAA, Broadcastify, RadioReference, and others. The service is currently in Beta and features, availability, and data sources may change without notice.

2. No Warranty — Not for Emergency Decision Making

TwisterZone is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Information displayed on TwisterZone:

• Is collected from various third-party services and websites
• May be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate
• Should NOT be used as the sole basis for any life-safety or emergency decision
• Does not replace official guidance from NOAA, NWS, or local emergency management

Always refer to official government weather sources and follow guidance from local authorities during severe weather events.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use TwisterZone only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from TwisterZone without written permission
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the site's infrastructure
• Use the service to distribute misinformation or false weather data
• Reproduce or redistribute TwisterZone content commercially without authorization

4. Third-Party Data and Services

TwisterZone displays data sourced from third parties including the National Weather Service, Broadcastify, RadioReference, and others. These services have their own terms of service and data use policies. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of third-party data. 5. Advertising — Google AdSense

TwisterZone uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may use cookies and web beacons to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings. AdSense is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy.

6. Analytics — Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use TwisterZone. This involves the collection of anonymized usage data including pages visited, session duration, and general geographic location. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Intellectual Property

The TwisterZone name, logo, and original interface design are the property of Social Data Group, LLC. Weather data displayed on the site remains the property of its respective sources. You may not reproduce the TwisterZone brand or interface without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Social Data Group, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use TwisterZone, including damages resulting from reliance on weather data displayed on the site.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Social Data Group, LLC, its officers, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of TwisterZone or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of TwisterZone after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Beta Status

TwisterZone is currently in Beta. Features may be incomplete, change without notice, or be discontinued. We appreciate your feedback as we continue to develop the platform.
